Russia)
«Method of target

Film 3. Hand-to-hand
fighting (65 min)

Part 1. One bodyguard
How should hand-to-hand fighting for bodyguards look like?
We consider that it should consist of two main directions: self-defense
techniques and techniques for the guarded person protection. These directions
must be closely interrelated. That is to say techniques that are taught during
self-defense course must suit for the defense of third person as well. And vice
versa, the techniques, that are not suitable for defending the client, are
forbidden in the individual training.
Scheme “Hit”
This scheme for guarded person defense is used in case of
sudden attack against the guarded person when there is less than 3 meters
between the attacker and the guarded person and you have no time to snatch
weapons.
1. Knife attack, stick attack (front, side, behind, dead area)
2. Defense of the client against pistol attack(front, side, behind, dead area)
3. Defensive actions training
4. Training in the sports hall
5. Special shooting exercises
6. Situational training
