You just read a “book”. As you read up to a
certain place, you find out that there is a video clip on one of the pages. And
this very clip corresponds to the thing you’ve just read. If you’re interested
in the clip, you can check it once more. You can watch it as a whole or any part
of it at a fighting speed, as well as a shot after shot. And you can enlarge it
up to the size of the book, step aside and work information out (for example,
withdrawal from the stroke line, leg stroke, protection from a knife).
We would like to
underline the following peculiarities of our CD-ROMs:
-
a user has an
opportunity to create his/her own video archives and work with them effectively.
-
a user has an opportunity to train in front of a computer

Complexes can be of
two types:
a)
compulsory training complexes – ones that are recommended by the authors
as, for example, in a reference book – encyclopedia “Martial Art and the
Warrior’s Way”. In this section the technique is demonstrated by experienced
instructors including World and European Champions.
b) complexes that are created by
a user (optional) – a user can create his/her own training complexes using the
collection of video clips on the CD-ROMs and also use the clips saved in the
personal archive
